Explore the Intersection of Art and Nature: Join Us for a Unique Land Art Exhibition
Immerse yourself in the world of "Land Art," also known as "Earth Art," where the natural landscape becomes the canvas. This unique art form involves sculpting the land and using natural materials like rocks and twigs to create distinctive structures and installations.
Artists will transform the gallery with site-specific installations made from landscape materials, offering a fresh perspective on earth and art.
- August 23, 6-9 pm: Opening Ceremony and Gathering
- August 24, 1-6 pm: Artist Talks and Exploration of Earth Elements (air, earth, fire, water)
- August 25, 7-9 pm: Salon and Closing Ceremony
Meet featured artists Caryl Henry Alexander, Alpha Bruton, L.A. Happy Hyder, and Jennifer Andrea "YAYA" Porras, and engage with their thought-provoking works that address environmental and social issues. This exhibition emphasizes the impact of deep play and creative exploration on building sustainable communities.
